African Racers with Disabilities Featured in Sports 'N Spokes

For Kessler Foundation's 11th Annual Wheelchair 10K, the Foundation sponsored two athletes from Africa to compete in the race. But for Patrick and Wilson, the race meant more than winning prize money; it was an opportunity to advance the status of people with disabilities in their countries.
