This fully remote study evaluates the effectiveness of two interventions to improve well-being in adults with traumatic brain injury.

Duration

Participation lasts approximately 8 months including:

  • 1 testing session (2.5 hours)
  • 6 intervention sessions (1 hour each)
  • 3 brief follow-up sessions to complete questionnaires 1 week after final intervention session, 3 months, and 6 months after study participation (approximately 2 hours each)

 

Inclusion Criteria
  • 18 years of age or older
  • Diagnosis of moderate to severe TBI
  • At least one year post injury
  • Able to speak and read English fluently
