This study compares the effect of a combined cognitive rehabilitation and exercise approach on new learning and memory in people with multiple sclerosis and mobility disability.

Baseline testing and MRI (approximately 4.5 hours)

12-week intervention with in-person sessions 3 days per week (approximately 1-1.5 hours per session)

Inclusion Criteria
- 18 - 70 years of age
- Confirmed MS diagnosis by a neurologist
- Relapse and steroid-free for at least 30 days
- Moderate self-reported mobility disability
- Currently inactive physically, as determined by study staff
- Right-handed
