This study compares the effect of a combined cognitive rehabilitation and exercise approach on new learning and memory in people with multiple sclerosis and mobility disability.

Duration
12-week intervention with in-person sessions 3 days per week (approximately 1-1.5 hours per session) Total enrollment time is 16 weeks.
Inclusion Criteria
- 18 - 70 years of age
- confirmed MS diagnosis by a neurologist
- relapse and steroid-free for at least 30 days
- moderate self-reported mobility disability
- currently inactive physically, as determined by study staff
- right-handed
Compensation
Participants who complete the study receive up to $200.
