This study evaluates KF-STRIDE (Kessler Foundation Strength Identification and Expression Into the Interview program). KF-STRIDE is a tool meant to help people increase their awareness of their personal character strengths and how to use them in real life, specifically at work.
This study is fully remote and does not require any in-person visits.
Participants meet with a staff member once a week for 2 months (1.5 hours each).
20 key stakeholders will participate in the current evaluation study. The stakeholders will include adults with an autism diagnosis, parents of adults with autism, educators of people with autism, and clinicians who work with children with autism to provide their feedback, as well as others from the disability community.
