Improving Learning Deficits Through Delayed Feedback: A Non-Pharmacological Method for Alleviating Non-Motor Symptoms in Parkinson's Disease

This study will examine learning in individuals with Parkinson's disease after aquatic and non-aquatic exercise classes at the Randolph YMCA in Randolph, NJ.
Duration

3 hours, though some participants may be asked to be retested after 11 weeks.

Inclusion Criteria
  • 50-85 years old.
  • Right handed.
  • Have normal vision or corrected to normal vision.
  • Speak and read English fluently.
  • Currently participating in an exercise program for individuals with PD at the Randolph YMCA in Randolph, New Jersey.
Compensation

$75 if participating in only one testing session, and an addition $75 if asked to participate in a second testing session.
