The purpose of this study is to evaluate the effectiveness of a new treatment for spasticity called extracorporeal shockwave therapy.

Duration
6 visits over the course of about 3 months including an initial screening visit (up to 2 hours), 3 treatment visits (up to 1 hour each), and 2 follow-up visits (up to 1 hour each).
Inclusion Criteria
- 18 years or older
- have a non-progressive traumatic spinal cord injury
- are at least 1-year post-injury.
