MS research featured in Fall issue of NARCOMS Now

Drs. Genova and Goverover quoted in Feature Focus on cognition in MS

West Orange, NJ. October 4, 2013. Helen Genova, PhD, of Kessler Foundation, and Yael Goverover, PhD, of NYU, were interviewed about their MS research in the Fall 2013 issue of NARCOMS Now, a quarterly publication of the North American Research Committee on Multiple Sclerosis (NARCOMS).

Drs. Genova and Goverover discussed the implications of deficits in processing speed on activities of daily living. They presented their research at this year’s Consortium of Multiple Sclerosis Centers (CMSC) and Americas Committee for Treatment and Research in Multiple Sclerosis (ACTRIMS) joint conference in May. Dr. Genova also talked about a new avenue of research in emotional processing being conducted at Kessler Foundation with Jeanne Lengenfelder, PhD, which was recently funded by the CMSC.
