Experts from Kessler Foundation and Heldrich Center Discuss Successful Social Enterprises

Register now for this December 15, 1:00 pm EST webinar, “Social Enterprise Businesses: A Strategy for Creating Good Jobs for People with Disabilities.” Kessler Foundation’s Elaine Katz, VP of Grant Programs and Special Initiatives joins Ronnie Kauder, employment strategist for the Heldrich Center for Workforce Development at Rutgers University for a practical discussion of successful social enterprises that are employing people with disabilities.  The talk will focus on two ‘green’ enterprises that received seed funding from Kessler Foundation—Arthur & Friends Greenhouse Project, a growing agribusiness venture, and Hudson Community Enterprises  in Jersey City, which is making inroads in the field of records management.  Tune in to learn more about these two very different models that are achieving their goals of providing meaningful employment for people with disabilities.
