Ada X. Chen, PhD, MPH, CRC, is a research scientist in the Center for Employment and Disability Research at Kessler Foundation. She was originally a member of the Postdoctoral Fellowship Program at the Foundation. She received her Doctorate in Rehabilitation Counselor Education from the University of Wisconsin-Madison, and her Master’s degree in Public Health from the University of Edinburgh, Scotland. She is a certified rehabilitation counselor.
