Research Interests

Dr. Strober’s research focuses on how secondary factors such as depression, fatigue, sleep disturbance, and personality changes affect people with MS and other neurological conditions. She studies how these factors influence cognitive functioning, psychological well-being, and quality of life. Her work also examines person-specific characteristics that shape outcomes after illness or injury. In addition, she develops disease-specific measures to assess secondary symptoms, including depression. As a clinical neuropsychologist, she specializes in evaluating cognitive and psychological changes following illness or injury and helping patients adjust to these challenges.
