Second Wednesday of the Month | Begins April 8, 2026 | 7 PM – 8 PM ET | Via Zoom
Inner Strength is a monthly virtual gathering for people with spinal cord injury and their loved ones. This welcoming space offers connection, shared experience, and meaningful conversation focused on emotional and social well‑being.
Participants may draw strength through reflection, spirituality, and community with others who understand life after SCI. When appropriate, sessions may include separate discussion groups for individuals with SCI and for loved ones.
Facilitated by SCI survivor, chaplain, and author Maryann Hobbie, alongside Angela Smith, Kessler Foundation’s SCI Caregiver Peer Mentoring Program Coordinator.
