Micro-fragmented adipose tissue (MFAT) or body fat is used to treat a variety of medical conditions including those that cause pain in muscles, tendons, and ligaments. The purpose of this research study is to analyze and compare the characteristics of different MFAT materials produced by four commercially available systems to see if all methods produce similar products or if one method is better over others.

Duration
This study lasts about 3 weeks and involves up to 3 visits. The initial screening and treatment visits could each take up to 2-3 hours. The follow-up visit will be approximately 1 hour and can be done in person or remotely.
Inclusion Criteria
- 40-70 years of age
- Have a body mass index (BMI) of between 25 and 40, as determined by investigators
- Able and willing to follow instructions provided by the investigators
