This fully remote study examines a strength-based parenting program for parents of children on the Autism Spectrum. Participants will attend strength-based coaching sessions and have open discussions with fellow parents.

Duration
Participants will complete surveys lasting 1-2 1/2 hours, and then attend 4 strength-based coaching sessions lasting 1 1/2 - 2 hours each, then meeting again for assessments.
Inclusion Criteria
- Parent of a child diagnosed with Autism Spectrum Disorder aged 5-12
- Speak English fluently and at a 4th grade reading level
- Live in the United States of America
