Matthew D. Tandurella is a research assistant in the Center for Traumatic Brain Injury Research at Kessler Foundation. He graduated with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Psychology with a minor in Neuroscience from Ramapo College of New Jersey in Mahwah, NJ, and a Master of Arts degree in Clinical and Counseling Psychology from William Paterson University in Wayne, NJ. 

Before joining the Foundation, Matthew administered and scored neuropsychological assessments, conducted forensic evaluations, and provided psychotherapy to individuals and families involved with the Division of Child Protection and Permanency and the legal system. Alongside his clinical work, Matthew served as a graduate research assistant in cognitive and neuropsychology labs at William Paterson University, contributing to study design, Institutional Review Board preparation, participant recruitment, cognitive task development, data analysis, and manuscript writing.
