Ashley Korieocha is a research assistant in the Center for Neuropsychology and Neuroscience Research at Kessler Foundation. She graduated with a Bachelor of Science degree in Neuroscience, with a concentration in Cognitive and Behavioral Science, from DePaul University in Chicago, IL. As an undergraduate, Ashley researched second language processing in older adults and prevention techniques for Alzheimer’s disease. She also assisted in cancer research in an oncology lab.

Ashley Korieocha is involved in researching processing speed in individuals with spinal cord injury. She also uses Kessler Foundation modified Story Memory Technique (KF-mSMT®) and aerobic exercise training to study memory in individuals with traumatic brain injury.
