Amanda Cespedes is a research assistant in the Center for Outcomes and Assessment Research at Kessler Foundation. She graduated with a Bachelor of Science degree in Public Health from Rutgers University in New Brunswick, NJ. As an undergraduate, Amanda was part of an 8-month honors research program under the mentorship of Dr. Alexandra Lopez and the instruction of Dr. Jane Miller. Her project evaluated the scientific literature on U.S. Latinos to learn how their unique social and cultural values inform mental health stigma in their community.
