This fully remote study evaluates the effectiveness of our intervention designed to improve job interview skills in young adults with Down syndrome.

Duration
Up to 8 months
- Enrollment session: 1 to 2½ hours online via Zoom to do tests & questionnaires.
- Weeks 3‑5: 10 Zoom sessions (1 hour each), two or three times a week. These are one‑on‑one with staff to help build job interview skills, using your strengths
- Weeks 6‑7: All participants complete additional tests & questionnaires via Zoom
- Six-month follow-up: Complete a short phone interview to check in on your employment status
Inclusion Criteria
- You live in the United States
- You are 14-26 years old
- You speak English and can read at a 4th grade level or above
- You have been told by a doctor that you have Down syndrome
