This fully remote study evaluates the effectiveness of our intervention designed to improve job maintenance skills in youth and adults with autism.

Duration
Up to 8 months
- Enrollment session: 1 to 2 1/2 hours online via Zoom to do tests & questionnaires.
- Weeks 2-7: You will be randomly placed in one of two groups:
Training group- 8 Zoom sessions (1 hour each), once or twice a week. These are one-on-one with staff to teach you how to improve job maintenance skills
Non Training group- continue your usual day-to-day life - Weeks 7-8: All participants complete additional tests & questionnaires via Zoom
- Six month follow-up: Complete a short phone interview to check in on your employment status
Inclusion Criteria
You may qualify if you:
- Are 14-26 years old
- Speak English fluently at a 4th grade reading level or above
- Have been diagnosed with Autism Spectrum Disorder
