This fully remote study evaluates the effectiveness of our intervention designed to improve job interview skills in adults with autism.

Duration
Up to 8 months
- Enrollment session: 1 to 2½ hours online via Zoom to do tests & questionnaires.
- Weeks 2‑7: You’ll be randomly placed in one of two groups:
- Training group – 10 Zoom sessions (1 hour each), once or twice a week. These are one‑on‑one with staff to help build job interview skills, using your strengths.
- Non Training group – continue your usual day-to-day life.
- Weeks 8‑9: All participants complete additional tests & questionnaires via Zoom.
- Six-month follow-up: Complete a short phone interview to check in on your employment status.
Inclusion Criteria
You may qualify if you:
- Are 18-65 years old
- Speak English fluently
- Have been diagnosed with Autism Spectrum Disorder
