This fully remote study looks at how social and health care factors affect disability, mood, and quality of life in people with MS. The survey is available in English and soon in Spanish.

Participation lasts 45-60 minutes.
Inclusion Criteria
- 18+ years of age
- Currently live in the United States
- Neurologist or doctor confirmed diagnosis of MS
- Able to speak, write, and read fluently in English and/or Spanish
- Access to a computer, tablet, or smartphone with internet
- Identify as:
- Hispanic/Latino/a
- Black/African American
- Asian
- Indigenous / Native American
- Native Alaskan
- Native Hawaiian or other Pacific Islander
- Biracial or Multi-racial
- Other diverse group not listed here
