The purpose of this research study is to assess the effects of receiving transcutaneous spinal stimulation while performing walking exercises compared to completing walking exercises without spinal stimulation. Transcutaneous spinal stimulation is delivered through stimulation devices (electrodes) that are placed on top of the skin.

Inclusion Criteria
You may qualify if you:
- Have more noticeable weakness on at least one side of your body
- Have had a TBI at least 1 year ago
- Are between 18-65 years of age
- Are able to walk 10 yards with minimal assistance
- Have the ability to communicate in English
- Have stable blood pressure
