We want to follow individuals with moderate to severe TBI over time. We will measure how the TBI has impacted recovery and activities of daily living.

Study runs for 6 months with a visit each month. Some of the visits can be done over several days.
Inclusion Criteria
18-90 years old Moderate to severe TBI less than 3 months ago
Compensation
$230 total. $50 for Baseline, Month 3 and 6 and $20 for months 1,2,4 and 5
