This study tests the accuracy of a questionnaire designed to determine the level of injury and the level of sensory and motor completeness in participants with SCI.

Duration
• Session 1: Questionnaire, either online or over Zoom (Approx. 60 mins)
• Session 2: Questionnaire, either online or over Zoom (Approx. 60 mins)
• Session 3: Clinic visit at Kessler Institute for Rehabilitation in West Orange for an in-person examination (30 mins)
The study will take approximately 3 hours to complete, over the span of 2 weeks.
Inclusion Criteria
• Has an SCI with level of injury between C2-L5
• At least 18 years old
• Able to speak, read, and understand English without language comprehension deficits.
Compensation
Participants will receive $250 upon completion of the study.
