Steph Shaw is a course developer in the Center for Autism Research at Kessler Foundation. She graduated with a Bachelor of Science degree in Elementary Education and Sociology from The College of New Jersey in Ewing, NJ.

Prior to joining the Foundation, Steph spent three years teaching in a general education classroom, where she developed a strong foundation in instructional design and learner engagement. She has since transitioned into creating dynamic e-learning projects that combine her classroom experience with digital innovation.
