Shelby Grimaldi is assistant director, individual giving and communications at Kessler Foundation, where she supports the Foundation’s philanthropic efforts by advancing individual giving strategy and leading impact‑driven communications. She plays a key role in developing and executing fundraising initiatives, strengthening donor relationships, and overseeing the planning and implementation of fundraising events that support the Foundation’s mission and research priorities. Shelby also oversees the Foundation’s digital strategy across social media, email, and digital advertising, ensuring consistent, accessible, and engaging messaging that supports fundraising and awareness goals.

Prior to joining Kessler Foundation, Shelby served on the fundraising teams at the New Jersey Chapter of Blood Cancer United and Girl Scouts of Greater New York. Earlier in her career, she held development roles at The Juilliard School and The Cathedral of St. John the Divine, gaining experience across a range of mission‑driven cultural, healthcare, and nonprofit organizations.
