Robert Zeleny is a research technician manager in the Tim and Caroline Reynolds Center for Spinal Stimulation at Kessler Foundation. He graduated with a Bachelor of Science degree in Kinesiology and Exercise Science from East Stroudsburg University of Pennsylvania. He previously worked at the Kessler Institute for Rehabilitation as a senior locomotor trainer.
