Lauri Wactlar has been providing leadership and consultation on all HR functions since 2005. Her areas of expertise include employee relations, HR strategy and planning, policy development, employee communications, recruitment/staffing/retention, project management, compensation and benefits, employment law, training and development, and workplace immigration. Lauri is a member of the Society for Human Resource Management (SHRM), and the Morris County SHRM chapter. She served as past editor (2007-2008) of "Innovations," a semiannual publication about the organization’s research highlights. Before joining Kessler Foundation, Lauri worked as an HR Manager for Thomson Inc. (now Technicolor) and as an assistant vice president for Merrill Lynch.
