Joan Banks-Smith is the senior creative producer in the Communications Department at Kessler Foundation. She is responsible for maintaining a cohesive visual and thematic style for all Foundation creative projects and campaigns and managing the creative development process from concept to final delivery. She produces high-definition videos and podcasts that incorporate disability research and employment initiatives to reflect the Foundation's mission, coordinates interviews, manages equipment, edits content, and ensures distribution on websites and social media. She also handles graphic design, multimedia, animation, and photography, serving as the in-house portrait and studio photographer.
