Belinda Washington is the research operations specialist in the Center for Traumatic Brain Injury Research at Kessler Foundation. She oversees the daily activities of research studies for several scientists researching traumatic brain injury, multiple sclerosis, and spinal cord injury. She’s also responsible for overseeing day-to-day activities of the Northern New Jersey Traumatic Brain Injury System. Belinda began her medical career as a mental health specialist for the State of South Carolina. She later moved and worked for Mount Sinai Medical Center Radiology Associates in New York as the supervisor for the medical office staff. After moving to New Jersey, she joined Kessler Institute for Rehabilitation’s Admission Department, later transferring to Kessler Foundation.
