Alison Haight is assistant director of Institutional Giving and Development Operations within the Development department at Kessler Foundation. She is responsible for cultivating robust partnerships with corporations and foundations and working closely with the Foundation’s scientists to secure funding for innovative research initiatives. Alison’s role also includes development operations, where she supports fundraising efforts by ensuring effective data management, analysis, tracking, and reporting.

Alison’s journey at Kessler Foundation began as a research assistant in the Center for Neuropsychology and Neuroscience Research, after which she transitioned to the Development team. Her career also includes extensive experience as a fundraising professional with several nonprofit organizations across New Jersey.
