A recent ONNJ (On New Jersey) streaming video segment, “Neurodiversity in the Workplace,” featured Helen Genova, PhD, discussing the role of research in expanding employment opportunities for people with disabilities. Dr. Genova, associate director, Center for Autism Research at Kessler Foundation, highlighted this work in relation to young adults on the autism spectrum during an interview on Mornings with Ken Rosato, a veteran tri-state area journalist.
The segment also showcases the Foundation’s work in developing evidence-based strategies, including KF-Stride®, a learning program for neurodiverse young adults, which is designed to strengthen workplace readiness, confidence, and long-term employment success.
