East Hanover, NJ – July 9, 2026 – Kessler Foundation has again been named one of NJBIZ’s “Best Places to Work in New Jersey” this year, marking the 13th time since 2012 that the Foundation has earned a place on the prestigious list of top employers in the state. The Foundation was recognized in the medium-sized employer category (50–249 employees), reflecting its continued commitment to employee engagement, professional growth, and organizational excellence.

The NJBIZ Best Places to Work program honors organizations throughout New Jersey that demonstrate outstanding workplace cultures and a strong commitment to employee satisfaction. Employers are evaluated based on workplace policies, practices, and demographics, as well as confidential employee feedback on leadership, communication, engagement, and overall workplace experience.
