Comparison of Two Physical Activity Interventions in Individuals with Multiple Sclerosis

The purpose of this research study is to compare the effect of two different types of physical activity on thinking skills in individuals with Multiple Sclerosis (MS). The two treatments include a group aquatics program and a group stretching program. 


Participation lasts 10 weeks.

Inclusion Criteria
  • Individuals 18-65 years of age.
  • Diagnosed with MS.
  • Able to walk either independently or with the assistance of a cane or walker.
  • Have no other neurological disease other than MS.
