Supporting NDEAM with Meaningful Grantmaking and Employment Research

Since 2005, the Foundation’s Center for Grantmaking has awarded more than $50 million in funding to nonprofit initiatives dedicated to enhancing employment opportunities for people with disabilities, while also advancing employment outcomes through extensive research. Our efforts are driven by the vision of a future where everyone can reach their full potential and contribute to society, aligning with the theme of this October’s National Disability Employment Awareness Month (NDEAM). These initiatives boost productivity, foster inclusivity, enhance diversity, and unlock untapped talent in New Jersey and throughout the U.S.
