publicationsResearch in the Traumatic Brain Injury Laboratory will examine the social and executive function problems associated with acquired brain injury and related clinical populations. We will also be initiating interventions to ameliorate the social and executive function impairments that result from acquired brain injury. New studies will focus on the genetic predictors of neuroplasticity and outcome as well as social/executive functions. Neuroimaging studies will be forthcoming. The laboratory also has access to, and full support of the Kessler Institute for Rehabilitation (KIR), the largest and most comprehensive medical rehabilitation hospital in New Jersey. For the past ten consecutive years, KIR has been ranked among the nation's top rehabilitation hospitals, and is the highest ranked rehabilitation hospital in the Northeast.
